The receptionists were both so welcoming (and informative). The technician I had – Sop – did an excellent job. It was my first time and she really made it as painless and fast as possible while keeping me informed from start to finish and engaging in amiable conversation (which helped to distract from the pain). First time using European wax. Honestly, it lasted as long as shaving does. I would recommend going to a normal spa as the wax lasts longer and the process is quicker. Got waxed on Saturday and by Thursday I had to shave again. It also didn’t come off as cleanly as normal wax does. She had to go over certain areas 4-5 times.

I just finished my very first full Brazilian wax. When I mean just finished I mean im still in the car in front of the store. I was a great experience!! The front desk personnel was very kind . My waxer was Bailey and she helped me feel comfortable with her from the start. I had minimum pain, more like surprising sting honestly . But it only last 2 seconds. she was very thorough. I feel no soreness or anything. I highly recommended Bailey! Also I’ve seen lots of reviews where people have complained about how pushy they are with buying their products and packages. I did not experience that. When I was done they help me set up my next appointment handed me some samples and a pamphlet with their packages explained and thanked me. That was it. It was a very time efficient, pleasant and friendly experience.
