I’ve been here before and had a fine experience but not sure I’ll be back after this last one. The wax was ok but was super rushed due to my experience beforehand. I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time, checked in, and sat down to wait. After waiting 20 minutes and watching 2 women go back ahead of me (one whose appointment time was 15 minutes after mine) I asked what the delay was. Another person came out and told me the delay was my fault because I showed up late so I was a no call no show. I corrected her that I was actually 5 minutes early and had been sitting there waiting for almost 25 minutes. She doesn’t apologize or anything and then switches gears to blame their system and assures me “this has happened before” as if that’s supposed to make it better. They then “squeeze me in” and rush through my waxing to get me out the door. The girl who did my waxing offered an apology for the delay but nothing from the receptionist who had basically blamed me for the whole thing. There’s a wax the city across the street that hopefully has better customer service.
