Okay so I’ve actually had a couple of bad experiences here, including a 2nd degree burn from one person who had the wax way too hot and another time my brows being waxed super thin (they no longer work there), but despite all that, I’m giving 5 stars, specifically to Rachel. Because of those experiences, I get nervous seeing someone new, but Rachel immediately made me feel safe and taken care of. I’ve been getting face and body waxing done for 20+ years across the country but I don’t think I’ve ever encountered someone as detailed as Karla at the European Wax Center in Thornton-Westminster.
