The front desk girl was not friendly. The girl who did my wax did not speak to me at all. it was incredibly awkward. Didn’t feel welcomed or like they saw me as a human being. All the times I have had a wax done they actually talk to me and are friendly. I have never had such a bad experience at European Wax. Definitely would not go back to this location.

I came in with my sister for a waxing service and she made an appointment with Josie. I love your location and never usually have issues but unfortunately won’t ever be coming back because Josie burnt my listers leg with wax that was way too hot, she laughed as if it was funny but then apologized and said this never happens so we didn’t think much of it, but afterwards got home and half of her legs looked like they weren’t even touched with wax… why pay for a service if it’s barely getting done right and you get burnt on top of that? You’re waxer needs to be re-trained because my experience with you guys was not only ruined but I’m referring all my friends that go to you to a different business because I’m sure they wouldn’t want that to happen either.

The front desk clerk has great customer service very polite extremely helpful and patient with every customer in person and on the phone. Josie my wax therapist was very professional, nice, friendly, informative, and has skills. She really Love her job. Josie even gave me recommendations for after care with products. Very clean surroundings. The experience was very personal. I sat to wait because I am an extremely prompt person. I had the chance to observe each therapist and they all new their clients by name. Customer service was superb because everyone was greeted with a smile by name. I do highly recommend European Wax Aurora in Cornerstone down Parker Rd on Arapahoe Rd. I really enjoyed my experience every 4 weeks I will be a regular client. The front desk and Josie really did their jobs by explaining the savings in the package purchase and products because I did buy. They even have payment plans along with being able to use in another state. This is very convenient because I travel all over the world as a first responder.
