Very disappointed! I waited for more than 30 minutes for my 15 mins appointment and even then ended up cancelling it. If you are running behind just let the people know how long it would take! 10 minutes cannot turn into forever!

The customer service is horrible. They were nice while I was going there, but when I found out I was allergic to the wax products, I called trying to get a partial refund as I had paid for the yearly package. When I finally was able to talk to someone, she told me there was a 30 day refund policy that was never mentioned as I signed up and paid for the yearly package. Since I can’t get the remaining 10 waxes in the package, they offered me $350 in store credit…towards the products and wax I’m allergic to… Or I could get a gift card and sell it to someone. The manager said it’s a European Wax Center rule, but it’s not, I checked. It’s a franchise thing. I just wanted a partial refund that way I’m not out the entire $356 left on my account.
