My first experience here was wonderful, but I went back a few days ago and wish I could say the same. I thought I would be given the same girl as last time, but I was not and had Victoria instead. First of all, she took 30 minutes just to do an eyebrow touch up that I had got done just 3 weeks prior. Keep in mind my hair doesn’t grow back fast so the appointment really should’ve been 5-10 minutes max. I scheduled an eyebrow wax, but for some reason she ended up waxing my forehead as well as the sides of my face because “she is a perfectionist”. Half way through the appointment she says, “Are you okay? Your face is red” after I told her before we started that I have sensitive skin and breakout easy. She then proceeded to tell me which toners I should be using on my face as if she was a doctor. If I wanted professional help, don’t you think I would be seeing a dermatologist? For some reason the wax broke me out in hives all over my face, which I still have 4 days later. I find this very odd because with the first girl I didn’t break out at all, just the typical redness and that was it. I wish I could say I was pleased with my visit, but clearly I was not.

First time ever getting a Brazilian! The online booking process was super easy, the receptionists were friendly, everything was clean and inviting, and Bianca was awesome! She was so professional, communicated what she was doing, and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time!
