So I normally never feel the need to leave reviews at places but I probably had the worst wax I’ve ever had here. I arrived home after the appointment to find multiple hairs still left around the inner area I was so upset because I had sit there and pluck them out one by one in pain. I’ve never had to do that in my years of attending and I would rather commute to Houston to my old specialist.

I had an appointment for 5 services at 12:15 but I went at 11:40 to see if I could get in early. They said no..ok no problem I understand. I came back at my appointment time and the front told me “oh no one called you? You waxer isn’t in today. Can we reschedule?” I received no call. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient for me. I’ll never book at this location again.

Not so good service and an ear full of conversation. I felt extremely uncomfortable after hearing about the receptionist life and fiancé problems. I waited 30 minutes and when I asked when I would be seen the same woman who was discussing her family paying her wedding and ect told me idk and she would go see if they could fit me in? I had been told my appointment was at 3:30. I arrived early. And unfortunately couldn’t stay later than the 30 minutes they made me wait. I don’t think I’ll be back to be honest. The one I have frequented was the fairmont location and those girls are always polite and clear. I hope this location hires better workers.
