Breanna needs to be fired! I came in for a shoulder wax and she went over the area with the wax stick more than five times. It was only a small area and I was thinking to myself, it’s not that much hair there. I then questioned her about it and she said the hair is not coming off. So me trusting her professionalism, I let her continue. I then began to see my skin becoming irritated and googled, “how many times are you suppose to go over an area when waxing,” and it said only “TWICE.” I couldn’t believe it. This was beyond intentional because as a wax technician this is probably one of the main important things you learn about the skin when completing the course. Her knowing it can damage the skin and proceeding to go over the area more than twice( it was more than five times to be exact) which lets me know it was intentional, excessive, and cruel for no reason at all. And I feel terrible that I even tipped her 25%. She wasn’t even friendly, nor did she explain after care. I’ve been coming to European wax Center for years, and I have never experienced this in my life. She needs to be fired! If you are thinking of going to The European Wax Center in Pearland, DO NOT book with Breanna, she needs to be FIRED!

Every time I come to this location there is an issue due to management. In February I booked an appointment for a stomach full. I arrived to my appointment and I was 7 minutes early. I was on the phone and did not pay attention to the time and then realized it was 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I asked the manager, Amanda would I be next and she stated yes. She never said her staff was behind or anything. I then continued to talk on the phone and my friend mentioned that I had not been called back yet. I asked Amanda again how long it would be because at this time it was approximately 25 minutes after my appointment. I could not wait any longer because I had an international flight to board in a few hours. After other clients were being called back. I told them do not worry about it I’m leaving.

Do not buy wax passes! I had a terrible experience with the service at this location. Service was so bad that I decided to cancel My remaining unused wax passes. I purchased wax passes for most of my body and they refused to refund my unused passes. When I asked for the corporate number they told me that they didn’t have one and basically provided zero service. My waxes were always good but the service is horrible.
