Choose a different location. I’ve gone to EWC for years (never this location – I don’t live here) and the grace period is always 9 minutes. I showed up today exactly 9 mins late due to traffic and was told I couldn’t get in because their policy is 5 mins. I asked if it said that in the app and neither of the people at the desk knew (I checked and it says 9). One of them pointed me to the sign on the door after I already told her I’m not from here and commented that people don’t read it. Okay well I’m not from here so when would I have read that?

Very professional and on time! However I would suggest to slow down a bit and take time to go back for any missed areas. I find myself having to go back next day and get certain area waxed again as they were missed.

Jasmine is the literal worse waxer EVER. I might as well have not gotten a wax. When I called to get a touch up service they told me if I didn’t use the same terrible waxer that I would have to repay for the service…. That I already paid for….. that wasn’t done correctly….. LOL. If I could post a picture I would Brazilian waxing

Terrible! I have been a regular here, but today they burned my skin completely which will likely leave a scar. Either the wax was too hot or the waxer was just inexperienced. Will not be going back here ever. Waxing

I arrived to my appointment 7 minutes after the scheduled time and the receptionist was not only not courteous enough to greet me, but she had me waiting for an additional 10 minutes while talking to another client, only to tell me that I was “two minutes past their grace period” and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I tried to explain to her that I thought their grace period was still nine minutes and she passively aggressively told me “no m’am it’s five, it’s on the door”. It is disappointing, that after being a loyal customer for over seven years, and this being my first time being late, I feel the need to find a different waxing place; not because of the policy itself, but because of how rude, passive aggressive, and little understanding the receptionist was.

Alina was so awesome! I recently switched locations because I didn’t love the service where I was. Even though they were having computer issues, the front desk was still working hard to keep guests happy. I can not say enough about Alina though. So sweet and kind, I’ve never felt more comfortable and heard at a wax appointment. 10/10 recommend booking with her!

I had a great experience at this location. First time getting a Brazilian wax in my entire life and I am 29. Alyssa made me feel comfortable, took away my anxiety and was an overall professional throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed her service. I will definitely be back to see her.

I am a regular at EWC, and it’s all because of the friendly staff, and Leigh. She is a truly amazing wax specialist, simultaneously gregarious, an engaging conversationalist, and completely professional. Every time I schedule with her, I trust that I am in very capable, steady hands. I did not think it was possible to look forward to waxing appointments, but with Leigh as your wax specialist, it is!
