I received a reminder called about an upcoming appointment, and informed the staff member I wouldn’t be able to make it. Two days later I received an email stating I was a no show. So I called to find out about getting it removed from my account, but of course i was told it couldn’t be done. FIRST OF ALL IT SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN PUT ON THERE!!!!!! This shows very poor and unprofessional customer service. I will not be renewing my wax passes with European Wax Center after I use up what I have left. The Sugarland location need better customer service skills so please take heed to other reviews!!!!!

Ive been going to this location for about 3 years now and i never thought id have such horrible customer service experience. she was in such a rush, had a rude tone, and just hung up while i was still talking. i am paying you guys to do a service, i am not asking for free service so please improve your customer service. i called missouri city right away and it was such a huge difference in the tone that i was left with a smile on my face, not exaggerating at all. highly recommend missouri city location, u will not be disappointed!!

I no longer work, nor live in the area, but I still make the trip to this location because of Vanessa. She always does a fantastic job and makes the experience near painless. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI thought my experience here would be great since I been going to European Wax Center for several years. I came to a new location. At first everything seemed okay but when I arrived home I notice that the job was not done properly. I called to let them know I was unsatisfied with the service and they said I could come in for a scheduled touch up appt no-charge. Keep in mind this location was inconvenient from my normal route from work and home. I accepted the schedule appointment. Due to heavy traffic coming from Katy driving to Sugarland I called ahead to let them know I was headed that way. I was informed of there 5 minute grace period but the receptionist confirmed that she would let it slide since it was a re-do touch up on an unsatisfied Brazilian wax. Upon my arrival everyone was standing in the lobby two receptionist and two wax specialist, and one of them is the person who didn’t complete my service right. I can’t remember her name aka new girl.I was informed as soon as I walked in by another receptionist that they would not be able to perform the service for this appointment because of there 5 minute grace period. Please note I was one minute past there grace period, but I was informed by the other receptionist that they would waive it because of the dissatisfied service. So why wait to I arrive? They didn’t have the decency to call me back knowing the distance I was traveling to get there. It seemed like it was planned for there entertainment to get me upset, they were very unprofessional and this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have every received. When I asked to receive contact information for manager they play stupid and act like they didn’t have the contact information. I had a 9:30am appt for today March 22, 2022 but when i arrived at the location no one is here. I even called the phone a few times to see what was going on. I understand the weather was bad earlier this morning but the least you can do is inform your customers, my birthday is tomorrow and no one had contacted me to schedule a later time or anything. At this point my service should be free for the inconvenience. It’s ridiculous. I’m highly upset and will not be booking with this location ever again

The facility was kept nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had Desiree as my esthetician. She is amazing! I told her what I wanted and she did just that. I appreciated her making sure I was satisfied or if I needed a little more done.

Went to see Jen based on the reviews that we’re posted here, and she was great! Kept the conversation light, and tried to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I’ve also been to Lizzie, she’s good too and they have both been there for the longest time (5 years). Vanessa is definitely a go to as well! Would recommend!
