Once upon a time this place provided great customer service and had great technicians! I’ve been a customer for this company for years! It seems the ladies in the front are not hospitable, great technicians do not stay anymore, products are not the same.When we are in our private rooms technicians have explained that they are not happy the way the company has conducted business. Mistreated! Customers complain! It’s really sad that customer service has become a thing of the past. I will not be paying for a package a deal which are not cheap! Save your money a find another great place to that provides better service, treats their great customers and employees with value!

I have been using services from European wax center at Missouri city branch for over a year now. Ms Kim is great and she makes the experience very pleasant and less painful. Scheduling/rescheduling appointments is very easy and last minute cancellations are welcomed as well.
