Made an appointment a week ago, confirmed it via phone and text. When I arrived the store wasn’t open. The ladies that were there (without keys) were very apologetic and offered to comp my services. That is little consolation as I prepaid for a year. Normally I would be patient but I had another appointment in the Woodlands shortly after and couldn’t wait around indefinitely. I leave for vacation tomorrow so we will see if they can rectify this situation today, or if I have to go to Hawaii looking like a mountain yeti.

The customer service was absolute fire. I cannot explain to you how nervous and scared I was to get my service done, but the lady at the front desk was so helpful answered all of my questions was so encouraging and my waxer, Anna was incredible. She talked to me the whole time never made me feel uncomfortable. It was an absolute delight, 10 out of 10 will be back.

I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for almost 10 years at various European Wax Centers across the country. Jen is, by far, the best waxer I’ve ever had. As a woman, this is an uncomfortable and painful thing to do, but she makes it so easy, and the back-and-forth banter with her is always hilarious and makes the time go by that much faster. She takes her time, unlike some others I’ve experienced who have sent me off with some stragglers- if you know what I mean. She is amazing and if you are booking here, you need to book with Jen!

I did not have an enjoyable experience here. Maybe I should have chosen one of the ladies in these positive reviews. Mariah did my waxing and she was unpleasant from beginning to end. I should’ve known when I tried to make small talk on the way to the room that it wouldn’t be a good experience. I asked her how her day was and she responded very groggily “I’m making it.”
