OMG! Today I had THE BEST WAX experience I have ever had (upper leg and Brazilian). Thanks to my dearest✨Evan✨. She was super gentle, super fast, super hygienic (she would throw away every single craft stick after spreading the wax on my skin) and super professional. She didn’t even miss the smallest spot. Exactly what I wanted and even beyond my expectation. The whole experience was very soothing and I felt the least pain ever. I have already got my wax pass for the next 12 sessions. I cannot recommend her ENOUGH.

I am extremely disappointed. I have been going to this place for a while. Started a new wax pass with them that I need to change to store credit, and even after calling four different times I am still met with “left a note with a manager,” “I notified the manager,” the manager is aware and will do it,” among several other responses met with no action. Poor customer service will always lead to a poor review. At this point I am going to have to report the business to get my money back because I have been waiting for weeks (since my initial call).

I went for a Brazilian wax and within 45 min I got home and took a shower and noticed I still had hair. I immediately called the shop and phone kept going to voicemail. Left a message and I heard back two days later with the same automated response after requesting a manager. Not sure why it’s so hard for leadership to reach out but this is crazy.

I used this place for over a year, monthly and looked into close by similar services. If you know you’ll be in the area for a while, buying their packages is definitely a better deal than paying as you go. I found them to always be available even if i need a service last minute, and flexible to change my appointment. The staff is friendly and available to advise. That said, i only go monthly so my experience may not reflect the avg.

When I was checked in, Hailey told me that I could not use the restroom and if I did she would not be able to do any of the services that I scheduled. Furthermore, there is a 15 minute grace period for a reason, and I was not more than 3 minutes late.
