European wax center requires a 24 hour notice for any change or cancelation in appointments otherwise you get a warning, but they can call you 4 hours before your appointment to let you know your appointment has been cancelled due to staff shortage. During my previous visit, I waited for an hour for the same reason – staff shortage, even though I had an appointment. The beauty technicians are friendly and professional, it’s a shame that this location is not managed well.
