My first visit here receptionist was nice enough but I am not happy with my experience! Was in and out within 15 minutes for a Brazilian wax. Fastest one I’ve ever had and when I got home I noticed that I still had patches of hair. It was a very rushed job. When I called to speak with a manger- they aren’t there and won’t be for the next 2 days. I am looking forward to a call back to fix this issue.

The pros : The customer service was great . The person who did my wax made things as smooth as possible for me while she did my wax and did not make me feel uncomfortable The cons : the person who did my wax I do not remember her name she was in the 2nd room to the left , with shoulder length dark hair . She did not do a great job on my wax . I don’t know if it’s the wax or what , but when I first laid down she said clients like her because she pay attention to detail because she has OCD ! When I went home , I realized I still had patches of hair everywhere . From the videos I seem Brazilian wax was supposed to be spotless , no hair left at all . She did not do a great job at all for a first time customer , I even made a reoccurring appointment I will be writing the hire up and sending pics of the work she did . This is unacceptable . I do not expect to have to go behind her to correct what she did not complete . I will going to another wax studio with no affiliation to European wax center .

I’ve been to this place about 4 xs already and I really do like the experience MY WAXER IS AUSTIN i know i misspelled it sorry love they are very clean more products on shelves the only thing I dislike is the location I kept driving past it lol but I’m sure I have the direction down pack now also I can rerate it after I get my first Brazilian at this location if up to part I will definitely put. First and foremost I didn’t know about this location! I’ve been driving to the Hulen location. It’s a pretty new European Wax Center in a great area. It smells new and is very clean I hope it remains this way. My waxer Kristen was very detail oriented and made sure there were no remaining hairs and I like how she pulls the wax super fast. I will be coming back since it’s close to work and home.
