Carleigh was amazing! Let me start off by saying that I dread my wax appointments because it hurt a lot to me. However, the way that Carleigh does her trick to make it less painful is the reason that she’ll be stuck with me for a very long time. She had amazing customer service skills. I’ve been to this location twice and the front desk service is definitely better than the other location. My wax specialist was nice and made me comfortable but I will say that if there is hair left behind it should definitely be communicated so that I’m at least aware. I understand that EVERYTHING may not be removed. I just would like to be told Sonim not surprised when I get home.
