This rating is for this location only. This is from 2 months ago. I went here once and had a bad experience with my wax specialist. Because, this place is so close to me, I tried to schedule with another wax specialist. I spoke with Cristy who was extremely unprofessional and rude. She said she is the manager of this store, but definitely should not be a manager. I wanted to schedule with someone different and Christy would not give me any of the wax specialist names that were available for the next day. I said I would call another store since she would not give me a name of someone else to see and she simply said, okay, bye. I called back to get her name and my husband overheard her go out of her way to be snarky and rude. I definitely will not go to this location ever. I wish I could find some place to talk to someone on the website, so I have to make my complaint here.

I did my research and finally landed on EWC as my choice for a first time wax. They have such great reviews so I scheduled in advance to make sure that I got the time that I wanted. Unfortunately, the morning of my appointment I received a text that my appointment was cancelled. I called the number on the text message immediately, which did not work, then called the studio directly. The person who answered was nice enough but never offered an apology. Fortunately, I was able to reschedule for the following day. Due to the timing this required me to reschedule other appointments that I had also scheduled in advance for my kids as we prepared for our trip out of town. Well, next day, I get the text again that my appointment was canceled. This time the person I talked to was apologetic but I was really disappointed and wasn’t able to reschedule in time for my trip. Look, I understand that people get sick and of course I want them to stay at home but this was a bad first experience for me. I was able to schedule with another business that has great ratings and am hoping that I don’t have the same experience there.
