I’m going to start by thanking the receptionist for squeezing me in and accommodating me . I built in the courage to do a Brazilian and I knew it was now or never again lol. This was my first time receiving this type of service and let me start by saying that Teresa made it very comfortable. She explained everything in detail. She asked if the temperature felt okay and it did. She also explained everything before she pulled She gave me very good insights and recommendations for aftercare. I will definitely think about purchasing their products in the future. I scheduled my 4 week follow up with Teresa 🙂

Really loved coming to this location. It was conveniently located and clean. Front receptionist were always nice! But I have to give a shout out to Mary. When I booked my appointment the time confirmation said 9:00-9:10 am. I walked into the building at 9:06am and the receptionist was on the phone assisting another customer, no big deal. I waited. She asked my name and then told me that EWC has a 9- minute grace period and that since it was now 9:10 I had to reschedule for a later time.. Which I cannot because I have other tasks to complete today. The receptionist was on the phone for three minutes so why do I have to miss my appointment because someone on the phone had 6,000 questions.. So I have no time to get waxed before my trip to Mexico. My problem is, if there’s a grace period then that’s fine, no problem, but state that at time of booking. I was there at my time, I met the required “grace period” and was still turned away. Will not be back here.
