Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI brought my wife here for her birthday and they were fantastic! They were very professional, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They knew their products and talked about them but didn’t come off as pushy. I personally work on the phone allot so I can be over-critical of people’s phone candor, but Jen was very professional and impressive both on the phone and in person. My wife knows what she wants done for her eyebrows and it’s rare to find a place or specialist such as Tamara that was so versed in her skill level that she did exactly what was wanted, naturally without much of anything really being said. I’ve genuinely never written a review for another business that I can think of, but the service given and the really reasonable pricing was worth saying something about. But, I was referred to EWC from a friend and I’m so glad I took a chance! The entire experience was AMAZING from start to finish – When I called to book my appointment and ask my questions, I was answered by Tonya who was the absolute sweetest! She was sweet, patient, and answered all of my questions & concerns. Tonya reassured me that Madelyne, who was doing my service was the best and she was 100% correct! I will follow her wherever she goes, she’s professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
