I loved this location , but today I leave highly pissed…the current manager (karigan) at this Allen location fabricated my notes on my profile, she lied on my account saying I’m a no show no call , I’ve had missed payments and that I reschedule too many times which she said is an inconceivable to her waxers … I’ve rescheduled 2x recently at least hours or a day when my appt was to be ,not one waxer has complained about me . Nor has one gsa put me as a no call no show … which I never did. And all of sudden now I’m restricted when we never had a problem in the past . The current manager is being very childish bc when I asked to resolve this problem she continued to hang up in my face . And ducked and dodged me which I do not appreciate . I do have facts to prove what she’s been doing to my account is false as well. This behavior from this manger is very unacceptable , mischievous, and extremely petty.

I was referred to this business by my best friend. Her and I were hanging out and she was showing me about their business that they had a membership and I could go every month. We looked up on her phone, I signed it for a new account, she said a discount that she thought should be applied was not being applied so we called to ask what I needed to do. Desiree offered to schedule my appointment for me which was great. A couple of minutes later Desiree calls back and accuses me of having an account at another location. Lucy the manager jumped on the phone in the middle of a call with no warning and started to tell me that having multiple accounts is inappropriate and this and that. I doesn’t even give him the benefit of the doubt just called and straight up accused. I’ll keep looking for a new place. If this is how your facility conducts business then I will be better off elsewhere.

Jade made my first experience so comfortable! She took her time but was timely all at the same time. Comforting but wasn’t too awkward about it. She let me set the pace but just guided, especially in the after care directions too. I’m sure some people would rather not talk at all for whatever reason but I am a talker. She waited for me to spark a conversation which I appreciated! I made another appointment with her! 10/10 would recommend this place and Jade!

Mykala -supervisor??? Customer Service horrible. She had no concern – it was a bother. Offered no suggestions no solutions. I had called to let them know I would be running late offered to let someone have my apt. Asked if there were any other options. Needless to say she could have cared less. I simply called another location. The McKinney location receptionist was friendly, eager to help and acted like they were glad to have my business.
