I had a terrible first European Wax Center experience at this location all because of a waxer named Brittney. The front desk clerks asked me to change my appointment and I politely declined and reminded them of the EuroWaxCenter late policy along with the fact that I was not late according to it therefore my appointment should still be set as planned . Brittney then came to the front and told me she did not have time for my already booked and confirmed appointment. She was very rude and made me never want to go back. I get that this center is in Rogers, but I should not have to look like a middle aged white woman with a LouieV to get proper service. I assumed all the staff would uphold the company policy correctly and treat all customers of equal importance.

After going to European for years, and moved here recently I came across the Rogers location. I live 30 miles south and still prefer this location over Fayetteville’s location. Abby is the nicest/sweetest waxer there! I can’t say enough good things about her mannerisms and her knowledge with technic of waxing! Anyone looking for a new waxer, please go see this girl!
