I was a first time customer at the location on 30 in Gonzales as it is closer to my home so I decided to check the reviews before I booked an appointment. I saw great things about Alyssa so I decided to book with her. However, as I walked through the door and she awaited my entrance, I was asked by the front desk associate did I mind booking with someone else although I had the appointment slot. There was no explanation and of course I stated I had no problem with it because I was pushed for time but I found it very distasteful being a first time customer trusting her great reviews. I’m giving this a 5-star review because DRAIONE took real good care of me and my needs so I would definitely be booking with her in the future.
