Their receptionist, Dailan, answered every awkward question I had professionally. When I arrived for my appointment, their lobby was exceptionally clean and the owner took time from maintenance to chit chat. When they were ready for me in the back, a tech named Summer did my waxing. I had a Brazilian (the whole shabangbang down stairs). Yes, it was uncomfortable but everyone was extremely professional and Summer talked me through it. This was my first time. 1 week later, I’m still stubble free. Super happy with service and results. I will be visiting again!
