Went there for Brazilian wax.. Been there before when they 1st opened. They did a fantastic job but I traveled a lot.. When I went back there the lady that was doing it now claim that nobody had done it before arguing with me a little bit I just let it be at that period when when she actually did the waxing she did a fairly good job. But did not take off everything for whatever reason ( I was told it was little longer than it should be.. I left the $20 tip.) I just don’t know if I will come back to that location.

Showed up to my appointment early, about 15 minutes early. No one was being waxed, but there was an appointment scheduled for 15 minutes before mine. I understood and waited for that client to show up, the client ended up showing up “right before I could go back” per the manager. I then sat in the waiting room past my appointment time. Kept waiting when my wax would have been completed by this time. Manager did not try to reschedule my appointment and just said “company rules”. Finally walked out after waiting 25 minutes.
