Got my first wax done. Le’Osha was professional and made me feel very comfortable like it was no big deal, which was great for me because I was pretty nervous. She also talked to me the whole time and it helped me build rapport with her and distracted me from the process as much as possible. The wax hurt, of course, but it looks great and I’m very happy with the results! I also got a discount for it being my first wax with them, which was very cool.

Since coming to this location for my wax services for the first time this year, I was satisfied with my past 2 wax visits with Erin.. Erin is no longer with EWC, so I had to choose another wax specialist. I will say I was not satisfied with my wax services this time with Ri. During the services I was fine, but once I got home and the next day I had server discomfort from my bikini and inner thighs wax that I didn’t experience the last 2 times I was there. Usually after my wax appointment I felt refresh and smooth. During this visit it was the complete opposite. I feel like I had a lot of hair still left over on my inner thighs. After two days from getting wax, I have these under skin bumps that was very uncomfortable the week I got wax. To this day, my bikini line doesn’t look the same and is not as clear as it was when I went the last two times. I’m not sure what was done differently then my last visits but, I have been very disappointed of how this time turn out.

This place I loved when i 1st had my few waxes however they have a HUGE turnover and that is disheartening to me, u get comfortable with one wax technician and u schedule ur next visit, then u get a call that the wax tech is no longer there!!! N they have to reaschedule u with another wax technician!!! Geezzz I am not in the business to have my wax done by differ techs allllll the time. So yea and the last person DID NOT do a good job!! so I am done. clean building and friendly people at front desk and the rooms were clean. Being referred to a private wax technician that has her own private business.

I highly recommend booking an appointment here if you want to get waxed. The receptionist was very friendly and she answered all of my questions, the communication was really great. But the real highlight was my wax specialist, Amber. I was feeling nervous since it was my first time getting a brazilian wax and a couple other services, but she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I booked with her because she had great reviews and they were right, she provided me a 5 star service and was overall great. I would definitely be going back if given the chance.

I think this is a really nice establishment and that’s why I gave it five stars. However I really don’t feel like the wax really got all the hairs that a traditional wax would get. I also know that the first aesthetician I saw was doing her best not to hurt me so I don’t follow her for that but in her efforts to do so they were Quite a few hairs left behind on my chin and neck. My eyebrows don’t even look like they’ve been waxed but like I said everybody was really nice and it’s a clean and organized place so I didn’t want to give a poor rating for those reasons because I know I can take their overall percentage down.
