Critical: ProfessionalismThe regular staff was rude to me as I tried to sort out the issues with my package that I thought I’d purchased. I came in on Friday (1/21/22) for a Brazilian service after calling ahead to ask questions about why I was being issued a store credit vs. my service being deducted from my package. I was rushed through my appointment and had wax left on me (but I didn’t know this until I got home). The subbing receptionist was understanding and nice but the regular receptionist was rude and unapologetic about the situation. I mentioned that when I initially came in for my first service, that she (reg receptionist) was the one I had spoken to. She got up, leaned over the desk and began to say things like “So?”, “And?”, “Your point?”, etc. That behavior was very ghetto and unnecessary. She was behaving in an aggressive manner that wasn’t appropriate in a place of business. I will not be going back to be spoken and treated to in this way. I’d suggest finding a small business to perform your waxing service. The regular staff was rude to me as I tried to sort out the issues with my package that I thought I’d purchased. I came in on Friday (1/21/22) for a Brazilian service after calling ahead to ask questions about why I was being issued a store credit vs. my service being deducted from my package. I was rushed through my appointment and had wax left on me (but I didn’t know this until I got home). I arrived on time, checked in, and was informed by the woman at front desk that my waxer was running 15-20 minutes behind because she had “just taken another client back”… at my appointment time?! I let her know that was not acceptable and that I would like to cancel my service. Asked her why I wasn’t notified and she told me because it “just happened”. Before today, I had come here once before and my service was fine. Nothing super special, but it was good. I figured I would try it again, and made an appointment for today at 4:15 PM. I arrived on time, checked in, and was informed by the woman at front desk that my waxer was running 15-20 minutes behind because she had “just taken another client back”… at my appointment time?!
