I the girl I was with talked me through my first Brazilian wax and said she was very experienced and worked at multiple salons along with this one. She was incredibly nice and made me comfortable. The first time half off also seems like a good bargain. They even gave me some very good after care advice.HOWEVER. You get what you pay for in terms of quality. I told the girl I wanted all of my hair off and although she tweased a couple hard ones on the top, she missed HUGE patches of hair that were way too big and long not to be seen and didn’t warn me about them before I left. I have called 8 times over the last month to try and get a refund (which the manager agreed to–to my face) and still hasn’t pushed it through. She has not taken my calls and constantly communicates through her receptionists.
