Went back after doing my own waxes during the pandemic and have sooo many ingrown hairs. This was a problem when I used their services in the past, but I thought it was me, and it did get slightly better after 6 visits with them. Now after 1 visit it is terrible. I didn’t get more than 3 time bumps doing it myself for over 2 years. I am now wondering if the hygiene isn’t 100% at EWC. I won’t be back after this last time.

Autumn is super fast, professional, and a great conversationalist, which when you’re pants-less with a stranger while having your no-no square hair ripped out, it’s helpful. Hannah was nothing short of amazing. It has been awhile since I had my last wax, and although I was a bit nervous, she did an excellent job in making sure I felt comfortable. I’m reviewing based off of the unprofessional scheduling. I don’t know about how they wax, I’m sure they’re great, but that doesn’t matter if they can’t professionally schedule correctly. My job requires me to be waxed, as a performer, and now because they cancelled on me last minute today and can’t get me in until after my performance, and I have to leave the country soon..no one else can get me in before either and now I’m losing out on money. If you have to get your timing right…schedule elsewhere.
