I had never been here before, but I figured I’d try it out because of the good reviews. The place was awesome – I loved the feel of the environment, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but it didn’t work well for me… The woman who did my hair removal was very very nice, and promised up and down that their wax is special and doesn’t adhere to skin, so it’s much more gentle. My eyebrows look great, but it did rip off skin under my eyebrows… It is beginning to scab and is very irritated. I don’t think I’ll be going back…

Frankie is the best. I’ve gone to other wax centers and They use a ton of strips and Imit takes forever, is painful, and I end up with a bunch of stubble afterwards. I thought that was normal till I went here and randomly was booked with Frankie. She is super nice and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She was quick and as painless as possible. I was smooth as a baby when I got done and she takes the time to pluck any strays and warns you on the more painful points to take a breath and exhale. I’m always in and out. I didn’t know how easy this could be until Frankie took care of me and now I won’t go to anyone else. I also purchased the “ingrown hair serum” and it’s actually works very well even after shaving. I only get waxed for vacations or special occasions, but I use the serum regularly after shaving because I used to get really bad razor burn and irritating painful ingrown hairs, but this really helps. Put it on after shaving or washing and reapply before bed and randomly during after-growth for maximum effectiveness. EWC has the tools, a clean facility, and decent prices. I don’t know about the other technicians, but Frankie tried and true fore sure.
