Went for my first Brazilian wax and a full leg wax, all the ladies there are extremely nice and welcoming! The building is very clean and well kept. I had Melissa do my wax and she is literally amazing!! She explained everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable about waxing and the products they carry. Will definitely be back!

Positive: ProfessionalismFirst time- so I went and got my legs waxed and they offered to do my eyebrows too cause you get your first wax free just not legs… and I had my Brazilian and armpits done Friday at a different place so I didn’t need those. So I told her no and she said I can just touch them up and it free so why not.. well she took my thickness and half my eyebrows away. To me a touch up is down the middle not take away half my brows… I’m so sad my full eyebrows are gone. They should listen to their clients and not do what they want.Second time- I wanted to give them another shot cause it wasn’t the business fault just the one employees fault. And let me tell you this time I was extremely satisfied Jillian. First time- so I went and got my legs waxed and they offered to do my eyebrows too cause you get your first wax free just not legs… and I had my Brazilian and armpits done Friday at a different place so I didn’t need those. The older lady up front who was referred to as the boss seemed disgruntled. A constant sigh and sound of disgust came from her mouth every time she had to deal with anyone. She pushed some kind of package deal on multiple customers, including me, after we said no multiple times, which shows what kind of business they’re trying to run. If it was a review for the waxing job 10/10, thank you Jill! A constant sigh and sound of disgust came from her mouth every time she had to deal with anyone.
