0 stars if I could. Got waxed with linzy and although she was a nice person- definitely a bad waxer despite all the reviews under her name. She literally left me with burns and still plenty of hair. I’ve gotten waxed at other locations and this has never happened, would not recommend to book at this location at all. The price is not worth it. Go elsewhere.

I’m getting a bit concerned about changing waxers. I was with Linzy for about a year and she is longer there. I went to Terri literally last week and I got a phone call saying she is no longer there. I have been coming to this European Wax location since it opened. Before I used to go to the location on State Street downtown. Since I was no longer working downtown, this location has been so convenient, especially the parking. My issue lately has been the crazy amount of cancellations. I’m not going to call anyone out, but I have been cancelled on so many times in the past two months. I had a friend who was experiencing the same issue and she has decided to no longer utilize certain waxers. I understand that things happen, but at some point this is just bad business. In April I had an appointment with my usual wax person, but she called in sick so I was rescheduled with another person. Then that person called in sick too; mind you this all happened on the same day. I rescheduled that appointment and specified who I wanted. When I came in a few days later, the person I wanted was not there and I was given someone else. I never received a text to tell me this until I came into the location. The young lady they gave me was fine, but I could tell she was fairly new and inexperienced. Now I have been getting waxed for over 20+ years, but I do not want everyone looking at my private parts. I spoke with a manager after this and she gave me some excuse like maybe I went to the call center and they placed me with whomever was available. I told her that was not the case and I specifically requested the person I wanted. Anyway that experience left a bad taste in my mouth and so I rescheduled my next wax for May and guess what…they called in sick. I was finally able to get a wax at the end of May with my usual person. Everything was lovely, and it appeared we were back on track…until today. I had an appointment scheduled today, and what do you know…it was cancelled. I am not sure what is happening at this location, but I have a wax rescheduled for July. If that gets cancelled, then I will be no longer utilizing this European Wax location. Although parking is convenient, I would rather drive downtown where I am guaranteed an appointment.

First time client. I went because I saw great reviews and people spoke highly. The front desk workers are absolutely lovely. I’m not about to call out people by name, but the person did not make me feel welcome, didn’t explain much and laid me right down to get to business. I got underarms, Brazilian, and full leg. I came home still feeling hair all over my legs and spots missed. Very disappointed and will not be returning. I should have stuck with my gut and went to a salon spa to get this service done. Big waste of money
