Avoid this center at all costs. I’ve been going to different EWC centers for over 10 years. There’s a specific girl that works the front desk that is extremely unprofessional and rude. I believe I had an issue with her a few months ago as well and she’s still there. There’s a few good waxers but, it’s well worth the drive to go to the neighboring centers for better personnel to work with. I’d rather the drive to Skokie or Kildeer just because of the horrible customer service they’ve had. I’ve spoken to the owner before due to a previous issue and confusion on THEIR part and she could care less. I had a 7:00 p.m. appointment scheduled. They called me to move it earlier to 6:45. I agreed. I was running a few minutes behind and called to inform them that I would be there within the 9 minute grade period. When I arrived exactly before the 9-minute grace period, there was no one at the front desk. When someone finally came up front. She looked at the time and told me that due to missing the 9-minute grace period that I would not be able to take my regularly scheduled appointment and would instead need to reschedule. Due to my frustration and due to the unprofessionalism of them not being at the front desk I walked out because it’s not even worth me trying to reschedule if I’m going to continue to have problems with them in this manner. Just avoid this center completely.

Everytime I come here and get used to a technician by the time I start booking and getting used to them it’s alway time to find a new one. This is extremely frustrating, treat your employees well and we won’t have to keep rescheduling cause everyone is always leaving! Then some of the women at the front desk are always with a bad attitude when something is said on it! I’ll go somewhere else!
