I was making a last-minute decision one day about getting my eyebrows waxed and don’t have a regular place I go to for it. It was about 7pm this particular evening and getting it done wasn’t urgent, but I had time to kill so I started calling places. After calling a couple other places that didn’t have any availability, I stumbled upon these guys….and I’m so glad I did. The receptionist (I’m sorry, I can’t recall her name) was super accommodating and friendly on the phone. Once I arrived, she was able to answer some questions I had, and also hooked me up with a heck of a deal that day since I had never been there before. I ended up pre-paying for three future sessions as I was on my way out since it was so affordable, it’s very close to me, and it was just all-around a very pleasant experience. Belle was my esthetician, and I will definitely be requesting her next time! She was super easy to talk to, gentle during the process, and answered all my questions, whether they were on-topic or not. Thanks so much and I will be calling soon to set up my next appointment!

I love European Wax Center, but lately all my appointments are being canceled moments before either due to staff running late or someone being sick. I do understand that there is a Covid surge again, but the it’s not the center, the company overall needs a better process and backup technicians as this is an inconvenience to the customers especially the ones working.

I always had a good experience here, Gina is the best and so friendly! However, the reception has gotten so bad recently. This now the second issue I’ve had with scheduling and my appointment hasn’t been honored. The first time they lost my reservation and this time they scheduled me for the wrong week, and now they’re all booked up and can’t fit me in. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue but I have a wedding this weekend and wanted to get my eyebrows done beforehand, on the day I scheduled. The receptionist didn’t seem too concerned and didn’t offer a solution, just said “sorry we’re all booked.” Not sure what’s been going on with the scheduling recently but hopefully they can get it together. Ultimately, I’ll have to go somewhere else.

She had so much energy and good vibes that it made the beginning of the experience great. Erica was engaging and giving me all the information about European Wax Center to inform me on all the features and benefits. I had an eyebrow appointment with Madeline and she was just as lovely. I just moved to Chicago and needed a good place to get my eyebrows done and was recommend to her, I will totally keep going to see Madeline to get them done because they look amazing.
