I’ve been here a few times and have sadly never been pleased enough to continue to come or pay full price for anything. They sent me a free wax and I decided to give it another go. I tried to pick someone from reviews that someone else liked. I went with Liv, I let her know this was my first leg wax, and followed all the hair growth instructions on the website to make sure it was long enough. As soon as they found out I was using the free wax I was quickly disregarded, she went as fast as she possibly could without being thorough. She barely spoke to me, didn’t get all the hair off my legs, left residue, asked if I wanted lotion and barely put any on. Didn’t touch the feet and toes which was part of the description on the website. Sad to say, I will probably just learn to wax myself. I mean, I could have done the job she did on myself. I did tip her well, cause maybe it wasn’t her day. But it did seem very much like the promotion was off putting to them.

I have been very apprehensive about getting any waxing done. I went in for my first appointment ((I booked online and my first appointment was half off!!! Cuz I was a first time customer)) and had to reschedule cuz my hair growth wasn’t long enough. And I really appreciated that, cuz she could have done it anyway, knowing it wasn’t going to work well, and probably hurt way more, just for the money. But I came back about a week later and it was a very pleasant experience. I’ve been going to Liv for 3 months now and it’s probably the best self care thing I’ve done for myself in years. Staff is always friendly and patient. So thanks ladies! See you soon.

Very disappointed in this location. I booked online and received both a confirmation email and text and when I showed up to my appointment they told me that they didn’t have my name on the list. She did try and help me reschedule for next week, but that’s obviously not going to help me when I need the wax done today. She told me it must have been a glitch in their system. I think that is a very poor excuse for overbooking and I am already not looking forward to returning.
