I’ve been visiting this specific location since 2021. Today was literally the best experience I’ve had. Leah was amazing. Literally took the time to fully explain the wax passes, she answered all 100 questions I threw at her. She helped me redeem my points and gave me plenty of informative tips. Monique was my waxer. Very thorough, attentive, conversation was amazing. Walked me through the products which best would work for me and my sensitive skin. First product purchase. Leslie’s customer service was awesome as well. Overall these ladies did an amazing job. I left feeling whole.

Great place! Service and staff were wonderful. Ashley was very helpful and friendly at the front desk, even going the extra mile to try and help me find my lost keys! Rachel was incredible, very knowledgeable and eased all of my anxieties as a first timer. She was very gentle and helped guided me through everything wonderfully. Highly recommend, especially for anyone with first time nerves!

I been going here for over 3 years. I go every 3 weeks and a half for underarm. I used to go with the same lady but she is in maternity leave so now I go with any one available to my schedule. Not every lady is the same. My recommendation is if you find somebody that you like stick with her and if you didn’t like it try other ones. The receptionist lady’s are always so nice. I do the package for 12 sessions. And I love it is way cheaper. I totally recommend it. If they offer you things to buy think if you’re really going to use It. Because you bought it in the moment and than it stay on your closet.

Lexee did an amazing job. She was professional, clean, and efficient. I will definitely be booking with her again! I love this location. Keelin is an amazing wax specialist! I went here for years and saw Ashley (whom I also love), but when she got promoted, I was slightly nervous to try someone new. However, those nerves disappeared when I met Keelin. Keelin (like Ashley) does such a great and meticulous job every time, especially with my eyebrows (which are so important to me). The staff up front are so helpful too! Highly recommend!
