I’m very back and forth on this one. I’ve had good experiences and nit-giod experiences. My last visit, I had to wait a few minutes (no problem) but the discussion by the counter staff was just horrible. Talking (in front of customers) about hating tobwax certain parts, and how bad some folks’ hemorrhoids are. Yes, seriously, like no one elas was there. There was more, but I think thats’s a good example. Most times the waxing is great. Other times, it’s as if the esthetician can’t see the hairs. I don’t hate this place, I certainly don’t feel welcome.
