They had me wait 12 minutes for an appointment that never happened because the associate was a no-show. Instead of calling me to cancel or reschedule as soon as the associate no showed they weren’t honest until I started asking questions after 12 minutes of waiting. Since I live in the cities I have options so I’m looking forward to cancelling my wax pass and going to another location that values their customers.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and normally just wax myself but when I was pregnant and could no longer see my bikini line, I came here. I tried a couple waters and Cortney is by far the best waxer I’ve ever had and I ended up continuing my waxes after pregnancy. She gave great advice on pre and after care and the wax job was very neat and quick.
