The 1st visit went too fast. Felt very rushed. Asking about skincare should be personal not at check in out loud for others to hear. Price quoted was completely different than what I paid. Still don’t know what the actual cost is if I go back. Would have liked to know more of what they offer (srrvices) and prices, but I was rushed in and out. Made me feel unwelcomed. The front desk people are so busy on the phone and trying to check people in that there is no time to ask questions. The tech was very nice and she did a very nice job with my eyebrows and lip wax. They schedule like the Army! I felt it was threatening being told “if you don’t show up within 9 minutes of your scheduled time you don’t get in.” A more sensitive approach to their issues with cancelations should not be all customers fault. Asked for business card, they don’t have any. Not sure I’ll go back due to feeling unwelcomed.

This location is the worst I’ve ever been to, the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The front desk staff are very rude unless your spending money. I inquired about the availability of a technician and the front desk staff Ellie was extremely rude when asking about availability for a walk in service. I will not be returning and had it not been for the wax pass I have left I would have stopped coming to European along time ago they rush through the service and make fake small talk to ease into upselling and there’s always hair left over it’s overpriced for the service itself. I highly recommend Waxing the City it’s right down the street their aftercare products are better their facility is cleaner and more welcoming and all the value added services make it worth the money spent. I’ve paid for wax passed I don’t use and go to Waxing the City instead that’s is how much I dislike European they need to emphasize customer service training instead of upselling.

I went to the European Wax Center for the first time today. I booked an appointment online which was convenient and easy. I was nervous but Brittany J was amazing! She was punctual, friendly, and greeted me with a smile. She explained everything and kept the conversation light which quickly put me at ease! I will definitely be back because of her!

When my regular waxing place couldn’t get me in I decided to come to European Wax Center. I went at noon on a Friday- maybe it’s a busy time, but the cerologist was clearly rushed. She was rushing through my service, barely checked in with me about what I wanted, and was rough pulling the wax off. Usually it’s not a painful process but this was. I got nose waxed- at my regular place they just take the hairs from the very inside edge of the nostril so it looks nice and clean, but here they jam the wax way up in there. The cerologist was very rough pulling the wax out and it was quite painful, and I realized when I got to my car that the inside of one nostril was actually bleeding. I would definitely recommend Waxing the City for a more pleasant waxing experience.
