I have visited this location 3 times prior to my last visit on 12/19/2022 and every time prior I have had a great experience. This last time I went in and was in and out a lot faster than normal, I figured each person is different so I didn’t pay no attention and left. When I got home I noticed small little areas that were missies in about 4 different spots which would have taken 5 minutes to finish. I called and the first person I talked to said o sore come in anytime and we will get you all touched up, can you come today? I said I would call back and let her know when I could come in today, she mentioned my name and who I had the appointment with yesterday. I called back 2 hours later and spoke to Melina and she told me I could only get a touch up for free if I used the same person and she was off today. I told her I couldn’t make it besides today due to my scheduling. She stayed that for free it would have to be the same person you originally were scheduled with. She made no exceptions and when I told her to remove me from the system and I would no longer use there services she said okay as if she didn’t care. This is the problem with businesses these days, they would prefer to loose a customer for a small amount of cost due to an error on their part than to keep a customer for the long term and turn that into continuous profit. I guess these are the days we’re living in.
