I’ve visited a couple times in the past. Found a nice young lady, Nina who was professional and great at her job. Went to schedule with her this week and there were no appointments. When I called, I found out she was gone. How do you all let someone get away that was so great??? Hopefully I can find where she went , but you all need to get client input about our experience before making decisions.

Scheduled a wax, was called a few days before my appointment asking if I’d be ok with a trainee doing my wax and if so, it would be free. I declined and said I would rather pay and have someone experienced. Fast forward to my appointment, the girl doing my service takes me back and while she was very sweet and polite, it was miserable pain…I have birthed a 9 lb baby and an 11 lb baby and I swear this hurt more than either of those. Finally there’s a knock on the door, she tells me to cover up with my hands (so I’m awkwardly exposed to the hallway) and the trainer comes inside. The girl who started my service then tells me this is only her second time doing this type of wax treatment. The trainer then stepped in to give a few pointers, and I asked her to please finish my service (which she thankfully did without any pain at all – she was AMAZING and the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one). They didn’t charge me, but I went through excruciating pain and now have blood blisters and pain where the new employee slowly and improperly pulled the wax off. Not how I wanted to start my vacation. All this after I explicitly said I did not want someone new. I honestly question the qualifications or certifications required to get a job here.

I called to scheduled a wax, trying to find a new place to be my go to waxing, and was given the option to be a model for a training service! I got a discounted service which was an extra bonus! They were so amazing and accommodating! I didn’t even know the trainee was the trainee! I was amazed by the services and products! I have definitely found my new waxing place! I look forward to scheduling my next appointment and highly recommend this place!

Visited 7/29, I have a been getting waxed regularly at multiple EWC locations and I have never been in so much pain after a full Brazilian wax. It took 30 mins when it usually takes 15. my waxer was a wonderful person to talk to. I had a terrible experience.

I absolutely loved this place, the front desk was very nice and polite, the lady who waxed me was really nice, kept a good conversation rolling and made me feel comfortable. I got a Brazilian done and am well satisfied with it. Will definitely go back here 10/10

I booked an appointment for the first time here and I never will again. First they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me the person who does the waxing isn’t there and asked did I want to reschedule. I rescheduled just for them to be closed when I arrive. Worst customer service
