So my first appointment was cool! I needed to get in immediately and came to this location. I typically go to BEE WAXED and have for like 10 years. Julie was booked so I came here. My tech was super cool! She did a cool job! There was hair still left in places.

I booked for a Brazilian wax on September 17th. The wax was way too hot to the point I told her don’t do the last strip because the area was so tender, it felt like the hot wax took my skin off.(which it did). I will not be providing pictures because its an intimate area, but the wax was so hot that for weeks I had to apply vaseline to the area because my skin literally BURNED every time I went to use the bathroom. TMI, but you should be aware. Please go to the Canton location, they have much better waxers. (I deleted her name. This was not to shame her, but to make others aware of people using wax thats way too hot of a temperature)

I had an appt on Wednesday morning, I went on time and was told that there was no specialist available (?) so I waited for the front desk to give me options but she left me sitting there while she was answering the phone and finally she told me she had to re scheduled my appt and gave me no options at all, like she was waiting for me to say when but I really needed the appt that day! I called afterwards asking for a manager, I was told that she would call me to talk to me, well it has been 2 days and no manager has contacted me at all!! … I understand things happen and there were no specialist available (It is weird but…ok…) but what I don’t understand is the front desk not giving any option at all or the manager not even calling me or contacting me. This is disrespectful and I wonder what the franchise owners would think of this customer service??…They just lost a client who will not tell the best stories about that location.

I’ve went to EWC several times over the last year when I can’t get in with my normal wax lady. They are always nice. Some waxers are better then others but that’s to be expected. I had an issue once I had to write two emails but it was addressed. Very convenient if you need a last min wax. Waxing, Brazilian waxing

I highly recommend this EWC. Front desk reception was not only polite and progressional but informative about post waxing care as well as their in store products. Between her and my aesthetician Latoya (did a phenomenal job/also very informative) I left there feeling confident and actually enjoyed my experience.
