I have been going to this location since about 2017 so I was very surprised how I was treated by the staff concerning my last appointment. Over the years I have overlooked patches of hair being missed and wax being left on me. I overlooked an employee canceling my appointment right before I was about to go out of town (this issue was resolved when I returned home). I did not appreciate the treatment and I will not be returning to this establishment or advising others to go either.

I got my underarms, legs and Brazilian done here and it was extremely painful, more than any other company I’ve tried before. And when I left I still had a lot of hair leftover that they didn’t get. It also listed areas that should’ve been done that they didn’t even touch so I really feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth, especially for how expensive it is.

Loved how she was honest about which areas she thought hurt and gave me the heads up when she was going to pull areas that might be more painful. She also kept the experience very professional and there wasn’t any awkwardness! Great experience overall, definitely recommend, and the front desk was helpful/made checkout a breeze.

I was excited to check this place out for my first time and booked with a specific person based off of the reviews I read on here. She seemed great, was super nice and friendly, I have no issues with her as a person. I was also 3 mins late to my appt due to a train, I felt bad and I’m not sure if I put this person behind schedule, but I filled out all of my forms when I reserved the appt so she was able to call me right back. I got a full facial wax as my wedding is in 5 days and I leave to go out of town soon. Now being this was my first time here, I guess I expected what all was listed online for the “full facial wax”, my chin, jaw line, etc etc. was going to be done.. because that’s what all was listed. I came home to multiple spots on my chin needing to be corrected, along with my jawline on both sides and my neck was never even touched. I came home to double check what I booked, and what I got was not what I paid for. Not only did I have multiple spots I needed to wax myself when I got home, but there were multiple spots in my eyebrows I needed to fix as well. I’m always picky about my eyebrows and I know they were looking rough before I came in, but I also came in for that reason… it just bummed me out honestly because I came here with the intention of it being something that I could take off my already full plate. Instead, I had more things to do when I got back home after spending time to get this done. The most annoying part of it all was this was my first time there and the sign out front before I walked in said “first wax free, yes we’re serious” and I didn’t say anything about it but was asked multiple times if this was my first time there and I still paid full price for something I definitely was not fully satisfied about.

I absolutely love European wax center. I always go to one in Coral springs Florida but I was out of town in Michigan and stopped by to get a wax. This visit proved to me that I will never choose another wax place. No matter what state or city, the service remains A+. All the staff were amazing but I had the pleasure of having Amber G and she was absolutely the best Waxologist (if thats even a word) ever. She was kind, welcoming, gentle and very informative. Such a sweet young lady. We had such a great conversation, that I didn’t even realize when my Brazilian wax was complete. Best experience thus far. Thank you EWC
