AMAZING staff!!!! Had my first wax in years here and Kita (sorry not sure how to spell her name) gave me the best wax I’ve ever had in my life! So pleased with the results. Staff was very nice, this is why they get 2 stars instead of the 1 Star. The service I received 3 weeks ago, I thought was good until I made it home to get dressed for Sweetest Day. I noticed there was a lot of hair left from my Brazilian wax when everything should be removed and smooth. It was not and I was extremely upset and disappointed!! For what I paid I almost wanted to go back and ask for my tip back but I’m not like that. I plan to go back and give another esthetician a try before I give up. We’ll see…

Robyn does my Brazilian wax and she takes her time no rushing but finishes quickly and talks me through my waxes each time! She also gives me tips on how to treat my ingrowns as well. The entire staff are very nice rooms are nice and clean. My new fav spot now. I’m in and out quickly with ALL hair gone. Brazilian waxing

Amazing experience! This was my first time getting waxed and I absolutely loved it. Kita (waxer) was very friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. She created a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere, and she did a wonderful waxing job. My skin feels so smooth and I love the results. On top of this, the receptionists there were so helpful and kind to me. I don’t know the name of the receptionist that checked me in but she was lovely. Sayna was the receptionist that checked me out though and she was incredible. She gave me instructions on how to use the different aftercare products I got and made me feel even more confident on my way out. I loved this experience and will definitely be returning!
