I had a wonderful experience at EWC from booking to check out! Their website is user friendly and made it easy for me to determine which services I wanted. This was especially helpful as a first timer for waxing. The website auto sends a reservation confirmation once you book and an appointment reminder. You will also get a phone call the day of your appointment to confirm. When I arrived, the women at the front desk were very nice. When I met my waxer, Stephanie, she was very personable and talked me through her process as I explained that I was nervous. She is very knowledgeable and made what could be an awkward situation quite relaxing. Her communication throughout was impeccable. What I thought would be a one time try has turned into a regular part of my self care routine. I’m looking forward to seeing Stephanie and the rest of the ladies at EWC next month!

My wax lady Lauren is the BEST. I have been coming to this location for about a year now. I have always love the ladies energy at the front desk. Today 3/5/2022 @12:30pm I didn’t get the same polite friendly faces the ladies at the front desk did not greet me it just wasn’t A friendly environment, she asked me is who am I here for and what’s my name. I honestly wanted to leave, but I wasn’t there for her I was there to get a service from Lauren, which she did a great job. If she’s going to always going to be at the front desk, today will be my last day at this location.

Today was my first time at this location and all I have to say is WOW! Olivia gave me the best waxing experience I have ever had. I got my eyebrows waxed which I don’t do very often since I have such sensitive skin and cry everytime I’m being waxed, but with Olivia it was almost painless and my redness has already gone away.
