My daughter had me try this about a year ago and I have been back each month ever since! (Bikini Full) I’ve gone through quite a few waxers as I would see them each 3 times and then they were gone but they all were great except for 1! It was a horrible experience where she was extremely rough to the point I was in extreme pain afterwards and the wax was excruciatingly hot!! (Only reason for 4 stars) But, Aubrey or Audrey (normally at Carmel location) I LOVE her!! She’s sweet, talks to you throughout the process to distract you, very gentle, has you breathe in before that first rip and quick! I go to both locations just to get her!! I heard Mercedes was great too from my daughter so book with 1 of them especially if it’s your first time getting waxed down there!!!! ❤️

I I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed with my experience! Mercedes was professional, sweet, and did an excellent job! This was the least painful Brazilian I have ever had and I highly recommend Mercedes to anyone needing waxed. UPDATE: This first session (and my second) were great but the last time I was disappointed. After paying $70 including the tip, I still hair spots that did not get waxed properly. I don’t know if I will be back sadly 🙁
