I would like one of the owners to contact me please. I applied for the sales specialist position I believe this past July or August. I thought I would be perfect for the job because I have over 20 years of sales, marketing, and management experience, as well as a love for all things aesthetics related. ZipRecruiter notified me that my resume had been viewed by your company three times, and then another two times. I was also given a thumbs-up by someone at your company. With that in mind, I was excited so I decided to reach out. Talked to several ladies at the front desk and the manager of the actual store was never there. One of the girls was very sweet, and said oh wow our manager is going to be so happy to hear from you and she gave me her email address. I emailed the manager and never heard a thing back from her. Apparently recently you all were looking for the same position to be filled since obviously the last one didn’t work out, and again someone at your company viewed my resume three times, I called again, got nowhere, and no one called me back, and now the job is closed. Am I missing something here? I have every single qualification you mentioned in the job description down to the Last Detail, and no one bothered to even give me a call back? Am I being discriminated against for some reason? Also, I thought it was very unprofessional for your manager to not even respond to my phone calls or emails. When I was recruiting director for a massive marketing company back in my twenties, I made sure I returned every phone call email and whatever else I got within a day. Especially if it was someone reaching out who was excited and have the right qualifications. You have my phone number on my resume and at the Wax Center, as I’ve given it to the ladies and your manager there via email several times. This just doesn’t sit right with me and I would really appreciate an explanation. Thank you.

I went in for my wax with Delaney and she was wonderful! This review is not intended or based on her. She always does a wonderful job!! This review is for the facility itself, PLEASE FIX YOUR HEATER AND MAKE THIS PLACE WARM FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND YOUR EMPLOYEES! Speaking with the receptionist I was advised that it hasn’t worked for months and their manager has not sent anyone to fix this! — there is no reason that the building has to be 40 degrees and your reasoning behind you need it at a certain temperature for the wax will not fly here!! THIS PLACE FELT AS COLD AS OUTSIDE IF NOT COLDER! AND TODAY 12/8/21 IT IS 27 DEGREES OUTSIDE… DO BETTER!!!

I would 100% recommend going and getting waxed by Alexus. I’ve been to both the Noblesville and Carmel European wax centers with multiple wax specialists and she is by far the most thorough. Not to mention her and the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. Alexus is my girl from now on and I wouldn’t let anyone else wax me!! Brazilian waxing

My visit was amazing! My specialist (Ashlee) was extremely patient and professional. She explained what she was doing and kept tabs on my comfort level. I felt taken care of and that’s really what I value most. The front desk staff was very friendly and engaging and treated me like I was the only customer for the day. I recommend this place to anyone who wants recieve good quality services that promote taking care of you! Next appointment in four weeks!

I have been going to European Wax Centers for a number of years and have held passes for different services. I arrived five minutes early at the Noblesville, Indiana center and told them my name. I then used the restroom and it wa filthy. I came out and told the young woman and someone went back to clean it.

I like EWC but I probably won’t be back to this particular one. I had the different areas waxed. One went just fine. One, she kept going over and over the same spot to get “stubborn hairs,” so that three days later the skin is still raw and tender. The third, she completely forgot to prep the skin (no cleaning, no powder) making the wax stick the skin terribly and break into pieces when she tried to rip it off. This made the waxing MUCH more painful than normal, and I left with bits of wax still all over me. I mentioned this at checkout, saying that I don’t really like to complain but that I didn’t want someone else to go through the same thing, but I didn’t get much of a response. Overall, I do like EWC, but in the future will either go to a different location or else request a different waxer.
