Yesterday was my first time visiting this location and I walked in and left extremely happy and satisfied. Everyone was super nice including Jess who did my wax – I got a Brazilian and my eyebrows. She was super gentle and patient and took her time waxing me (I am super sensitive and getting waxed hurts me a lot more than the average person) and she did as much as she could to help ease my pain and distract me from it. I really loved her and the staff here. I definitely recommend coming here!

First time here, manager didn’t get her name, she greeted me when I first came in, she was very professional. Explained to me the packages that they offer for waxes. Jess my waxer was phenomenal!! She was gentle and I didn’t feel it that much. Will be returning for future waxes. I was very pleased with my service today . If your looking for a place that’s clean and professional this place is it, it’s also in a great location, lots of shops/restaurants near by.

I purchased a wax pass and am unable to use my remaining 6 passes, so I asked for a refund for the unused passes. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager since December 4, 2022. I have sent several emails to the store directly, called, and even contacted corporate. No one from management at the Austin Landing location has responded to my emails or phone calls. Corporate said I should be issued a refund given the circumstances. I was instructed by corporate to contact my local European Wax for the refund. I have made several attempts at communication with no results. I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I feel like I am out of options. I attempted to handle this matter privately, but was not able to do so because management can’t be bothered to return an email or phone call. Buyer beware. They pressure you into purchasing a wax pass then fail to provide basic customer service.

I would not return under any circumstance. Terrible customer service, lots of turnover which leads to terrible communication. Being charged when I shouldn’t be and because of company “policy” they can only offer store credit. I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. I do appreciate the new district manager trying to help, however that doesn’t disregard the fact that I’m being told there’s not a way in the system to refund the money I should never have been charged for in the first place.

Just visited this new location for the 1st time and had a great experience. My waxer Leanne was very efficient and kept me informed on what she was doing or putting on my skin during the entire process. She continually asked if the wax was the correct temperature to ensure that I was comfortable and did not become burnt, as well as made sure that I wasn’t in any kind of pain. That was very comforting as I have been burnt in the past. She also used the full time allotted for the removal which is greatly appreciated as I have been to other locations and they kind of rushed through the appointment to save some time but in the end missed a decent amount of hair She ensured that as much hair that could be removed was so, I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth from this visit. There is some wax still on my skin in various places and I am pretty red but I’m only including this in the review so that people who have not been waxed before understand this is completely normal. I will definitely be back to this location next time I need a wax!
