Inconsistent results. Really disappointed with my last waxing experience. My eyebrows looked completely different and one was completely ruined. Clean and friendly staff however, they have deducted an extra appointment from my package I bought. I bought the 12 passes and I’ve only been 3 times; however, it shows I only have 8 appointments left. Also, I thought if I bought twelve passes, we get an extra one. I know there is a mistake on my account, and they have yet to correct it. I’ve emailed customer service, no response. they tried to fix it in-store, but I was told the front desk would leave a note for the manager to fix. If this doesn’t get corrected, I might find a different wax center. After paying 700$ + 200(daughters’ eyebrow package), I expect a little more attention to the error on my account. Thank you. Other than that, I believe it’s very clean and professional, minus the lack of attention to the error in my account.
