The esthetician that took care of me was very friendly, but I think it was her first Brazilian. I could tell from the first layer she put down that it was going to be a rough experience, and it really was. She waxed the same (very sensitive) area 5x but never applied it with the grain and never pulled away from the grain, and there were lots of hairs left over, but I had to end the session for my own sake. Maybe a warning or something if they’re super new(?)
