Overall I am very happy with my services here. However, employee retention is certainly not their strong suit. I have had to change waxers several times, between single session, simply because they have quit and never showed up for work. So, although the services are to standard, don’t get too comfortable with your waxer for you may have a new one by time you go again.

Probably will not be a returning customer. The girl who did my eyebrow and sideburn waxing was very friendly which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of just 1. Whatever wax they use is absolutely horrid and has a horrible smell. She had to do each section 3 different times and there was still hair left so she ended up having to tweeze most of it. Normally when I go for a waxing, it’s one and done… not repeatedly and then it’s still not gone. It was no fault of hers, just the type of wax they use which is why I won’t be returning.

My wife has been taking my daughter to this location for over 2 years. We purchased a “wax pass” which is a package for 4 waxing sessions at a time. They claim, without being able to definitively prove, that for a “wax pass” payment that was made a YEAR AND A HALF ago and another that was six months ago payments didn’t go through or weren’t processed correctly on their end. In between the alleged incorrectly processed payments we have paid for approximately 10 other “wax passes” and been in for multiple sessions (around 40 in that time period). The manager, Shanon, was very rude and was not understanding and was not willing to write off the cost of the 2 “wax passes” while admitting that she couldn’t tell us with 100% certainty that we hadn’t paid for them in cash. The BBB has been alerted!

Ethan and Erin. What a duo. At first they seem innocuous to the unsuspecting eye but upon further conversation you begin to realize that they along with the incredible wax specialists at the European wax center create the perfect atmosphere where ones hair removal needs are not only met but exceeded. This was TERRIBLE! my esthetician was very nice and did an okayish job, but overall service was not so great . I got my full legs waxed(first time) and they only go so high so they say, but literally, it was still apart of my legs and not close to my private area at all. I’m Never coming back to this center. I say make the drive to the Eastside and go that one because this one is not so great. Actually, not great at all. Save your time and go to one of the other centers for better receptionists and overall service and friendly customer atmosphere. You can see the photos below of the spots ON MY LEG FOR A LEG WAX. What a shame.
